Dr. Reynolds has a doctorate in psychoanalysis and neuroscience, and he is a Certified Psychoanalyst. He began working with brain injuries in 2016, and from this work he wrote "The Complex Architecture and Healing of Traumatic Brain Injuries (Cambridge Scholars Publishing 2023), and numerous medical journal articles. Also from this work he developed a Clinical Research Project: "Listening to the Brain/Recovering the Brain/Mind." At this conference he will present his clinical findings that concussions sustained by both boys and girls during elementary school, too often unrecognized, develop into post-concussion syndrome problems during adolescence. Prof. Andrey Dmitrovskiy was born in Almaty(1950), graduated from Medical Institute (1973), worked in infectious diseases hospitals, completed two–year residency at Kazakh Institute of Epidemiology (1979), worked at Anti-Plague Institute (1979 - 1999), from junior researcher till head of department. Defended PhD and doctoral dissertations, for diagnostics, treatment and epidemiology of zoonotic and extremely dangerous infections (Yersinioses and Plague). Since 2000, he was professor at Kazakh National Medical University, Infectious Diseases Department. In 2005 – 09, in parallel, worked in the Central Asian Office of CDC, USA and in 2011-16 in AECOM, USA as a manager for sustainable development. Since 2018, he is the head of Diagnostics and ExpertiseLaboratory of National Center for Biotechnology, Almatybranch (Central Reference Laboratory), in parallel - professor at Kazakh-Russian Medical University, ID Department. Under his leadership, 10 PhD and 3 doctoral dissertations were defended, he published over 425 printed works, including 6 monographs. Her work includes biomimetic scaffolds for cartilage repair, patterned hydrogels for renal tissue modeling, electrospun tubule models, and 3D-printed lattice scaffolds for various tissue regeneration applications. Dr. Natarajan previously served as Project Scientist C at ICMR, where she contributed to national biomedical ethics policy, including India’s 2023 CHIS policy statement. Currently, she is a National Science Foundation–funded Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Alabama State University, focusing on AI-driven renal tissue engineering. She also serves on doctoral advisory committees at multiple institutions. Prof. Bernd Blobel studied Mathematics, Technical Cybernetics and Electronics, Bio-Cybernetics, Physics, Medicine and Informatics at the University of Magdeburg and other universities in the former GDR. He received his PhD in Physics with a neurophysiological study. Furthermore, he performed the Habilitation (qualification as university professor) in Medicine and Informatics. He was Head of the Institute for Biometrics and Medical Informatics at the University of Magdeburg, and thereafter Head of the Health Telematics Project Group at the Fraunhofer IIS in Erlangen. Thereafter, he acted until his retirement as Head of the German National eHealth Competence Center at the University of Regensburg as well as Head of the globally unique International Interdisciplinary PhD and PostDoc College. He was and is still leadingly involved in many countries health digitalization as well as electronic health record strategy. He published more than 600 papers, published/edited many books and supervised a big number of PhD students from all around the world. Dr. Wenxiao Liu specializes in the pathogenesis and control strategies of infectious diseases in dairy cattle. Her research integrates molecular biology and digital technologies to develop rapid diagnostic reagents for common bovine infectious diseases. Dr. Wenxiao Liu is actively involved in the development of novel vaccines against herpesviruses and Brucella, and conducts in-depth studies on the antimicrobial resistance mechanisms of Pasteurella multocida. This includes uncovering the molecular basis of cross-species transmission of antimicrobial-resistant pathogens and resistance genes from livestock and poultry.

Dr. Kadhim AlAbady is a distinguished public health and epidemiology expert with over 20 years of experience across academic, international, and national health systems. He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Public Health (FFPH), UK, and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FRCP). He holds a Doctorate in Public Health and Epidemiology, along with an MSc in Clinical Epidemiology and an MPH, all from universities in the Netherlands, and is a Grade A registered Epidemiologist with the Netherlands Epidemiological Society. Dr. AlAbady has held senior roles at leading institutions including Erasmus University, Queen Mary University of London, University of East Anglia, the United Nations, the UK NHS, Qatar’s National Health Authority, and the Dubai Health Authority.

Asifa Khanum is a senior public health and development professional with over 30 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, grant management, and program planning across Pakistan. She serves as Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research (MER) at the Rahnuma-FPAP, where she leads M&E systems, data innovations, and evidence-generation efforts. She has extensive experience designing log frames, theories of change, performance monitoring frameworks, digital data systems, and mixed-methods research for large-scale SRHR, youth, and humanitarian programs. She also serves as Acting Director of Program Planning, strengthening institutional proposal development, donor engagement, compliance, and strategic planning processes. Her research and evaluation portfolio includes assignments for CARE International, UNFPA, ILO, JICA, Population Council, WHO, and Contech International. She has represented Rahnuma-FPAP in national technical groups and advisory teams. Asifa has presented widely at regional and global forums including: International Conference on Family Planning, Colombia (2025) and Ethiopia (2013), Annual Public Health Conference, Pakistan (2022), Asia Pacific Conference on Reproductive and Sexual Health and Rights, Vietnam (2017) and Philippines (2024), in addition to representing the organization at national and international meetings, seminars, and workshops. Asifa is one of the lead researchers for a national study titled ‘Situation Analysis of Breast and Cervical Cancer in Pakistan’, conducted in 2023–24, funded by the WHO Pakistan. This landmark study provided critical evidence on the burden of cervical cancer and articulated the nexus between HPV vaccination, supporting national efforts toward cervical cancer elimination. With Masters degrees in Statistics, and Gender Studies, she remains committed to evidence-driven, rights-based, and locally led approaches to public health.

Dr. Rajeeb K Sah is a Reader (Associate Professor) in Public Health and the International Lead for the Department of Allied Health Professions, Sports, and Exercise at the University of Huddersfield, UK. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and the Royal Society of Public Health (FRSPH), he holds an MSc and PhD in Public Health and is also a qualified Medical Doctor. His interdisciplinary research focuses on global health, social determinants of health, sexual and reproductive health, mental health, and health inequalities. A qualitative researcher, he employs co-production, ethnography, and participatory approaches in his work. Dr. Sah currently leads and collaborates on multiple community health projects in West Yorkshire and supervises PhD students in related fields.

Vladimir Zajac has completed his PhD. in 1982 at the Cancer Research Institute of Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava (Slovakia), where he worked as the Head of Department of Cancer Genetics from 1996 to 2010. He joined the Medical Faculty of the Comenius University as Associate Professor of Genetics in 2007. He has published 78 works, mostly in renowned journals, and is the author of chapters in four professional books. He is the editor of the book "Bacteria, Viruses and Parasites in the AIDS Process" (In Tech, 2011).

Dr. Amrita is a highly accomplished scientist with a PhD in Molecular Medicine and a Master’s degree in Immunology, specializing in regenerative medicine, immunotherapy, and cellular therapies, with particular expertise in CAR-based cell therapies. She holds diplomas from the American Board of Regenerative Medicine (ABRM) and is a member of the American Society of Regenerative Medicine. Her research excellence has been recognized with multiple honors, including the Extraordinary Young Scientist Award (2024) from the American Society of Regenerative Medicine and the Brilliant Talent of National Medical Sciences Student Award. She has successfully translated research into practice, securing a National Science and Technology Parks grant for a CAR-NK cellular cancer therapy project. Dr. Amrita has extensive experience teaching immunology and regenerative medicine to medical doctors and PhD candidates and is frequently invited as a keynote speaker at international conferences.

Ify Nwiwu is a qualified and accomplished Registered Nurse, holding both RNLD and RGN registrations. She is a PhD researcher at the University of Wolverhampton, where her work focuses on the lived experiences and healthcare implications of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and Breast Ironing (BI). Ify graduated with a First-Class degree in Learning Disability Nursing and later completed a master’s degree in Adult Nursing, both from the University of Wolverhampton. She is a multi-award-winning researcher, recognized at several national and international academic conferences for her work on FGM and BI. These accolades include recognition from institutions such as the University of Cambridge, Leeds Beckett University, and the University of Wolverhampton, among others. In addition, Ify has published a number of articles focusing on women’s health, women’s rights, cultural practices, and advocacy for vulnerable and marginalized groups. With a diverse professional background, Ify has worked extensively within the NHS as a Health Facilitation Nurse and a Mental Health Practitioner with CAMHS, as well as in the private healthcare sector. Her clinical, academic, and leadership experience informs her holistic and person-centred approach to care. Ify is currently a Lecturer in Learning Disability Nursing at the faculty of Health Sciences and Wellbeing at the University of Sunderland in London. She is deeply committed to advocacy for women and vulnerable children, using her own lived experience to inspire and empower others. Having pursued her education as an adult learner, she is particularly passionate about encouraging women to return to education, build confidence, and develop the skills to advocate for themselves and their communities. Ms. Hawa Abdillah is a dedicated PhD candidate in Psychology at Central South University, Xiangya School of Nursing, China. Originally from Comoros, her doctoral research focuses on the critical issue of child sexual abuse, with an emphasis on understanding its psychological impacts and developing effective prevention strategies within the Comorian context. Her work bridges cultural perspectives and psychological theories, offering valuable insights into child protection and mental health. Mr. Alibek Adil is a PhD student and infectious disease specialist at the Kazakh-Russian Medical University in Almaty, Kazakhstan. His research focuses on vector-borne and zoonotic infections, particularly Lyme disease and other tick-borne diseases, with an emphasis on their clinical and epidemiological manifestations. He has been engaged in serological and molecular studies in natural foci of infections, contributing to improved diagnostic and preventive strategies in Kazakhstan. In addition to research, Alibek Adil lectures on infectious diseases and develops modern educational resources for medical students, with the aim of integrating clinical practice and public health perspectives. Rose Betty Mukii is a Public Health Specialist with experience in health systems strengthening, research, and community-based programming. She holds a Master of Public Health in Applied Epidemiology from Amref International University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management (First Class Honors) from Kenyatta University. Rose has contributed to the design and implementation of evidence-based programs aimed at improving health outcomes and strengthening community health systems, particularly in underserved and resource-limited settings. Her work focuses on improving access to essential healthcare services, with key interests in communicable diseases, including HIV service delivery and malaria prevention, as well as maternal health and gender-based violence. She has supported capacity building for health workers and community health promoters, contributing to interventions in malaria control, antimicrobial resistance, and primary healthcare strengthening. Rose has also collaborated closely with county governments to advance Facility Improvement Financing and enhance community health systems through strengthened governance and accountability mechanisms. Dr. Gianluca Straface is an accomplished obstetrician and gynecologist currently serving as the Head of the Obstetrics Unit at Policlinico Abano Terme, Italy. With over two decades of clinical, academic, and research experience, he has made significant contributions to maternal-fetal medicine, perinatal diagnostics, and fetal therapy. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and later completed his Specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Rome, graduating with honors. Dr. Abiola Taofeek Lawal is an immunologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, and Lecturer of biomedical lab. Science, University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
